AMENDMENT TO CIRCULAR ORDER No. 01/2007
Reference Directorate General Circular Order No. 01/2007 and amendment to Circular order No. 01/2007 issued vide this Dte. Office Order No. M.V-412009-RTI-Adm.I dated 16/11/2009.
2. In order to provide speedy and timely information pertaining to issues relating to Human Rights Violations and Corruption, to persons requesting for such information, under the "Right to Information Act, 2005", Para-2 of Circular Order 01/2007 and amendment issued vide order dated 16/11/2009 is hereby substituted with the following Link Officers to CAPIO/CPIO/Appellate Authorities who will deal with RTI matters in absence of designated authorities :-
