RESULTS - ALL INDIA POLICE ATHLETIC CHAMPIONSHIP 2005

       Over the years CRPF has produced many outstanding sportsmen and athletes, who have brought great honour and appreciation both within the country and abroad. There have been outstanding sportsmen like S/Shirr G S Randhawa, R.S.Bal and Hari Chand, in athletics, Khazan Singh, Raja Ram Tokas and Radhakrishanan  in swimming and lately Ms. Kunjarani Devi, Jeevan Jyoti Manitombi Devi and Neelam Laxmi in weight lifting Insp. Ragzen Angmo in Marathons.

       In open Athletics Championship 1998 at Calcutta, Insp Paramjit Singh secured Gold Medal in 400 meter race with new National Record and broke 38 years old record of flying Sikh Milkha Singh. He also secured a silver medal in the Relay team and bronze medal in 400 meters in 13th Asian Games at Bangkok in 1998. Insp. Jincy Philips also bagged the silver medal in 4 x 400 meter relay. CRPF Mahila Athletic team won team championship during 47th All India Police Athletic Meet 1998. CRPF Hockey team won the Lal Bahadur Shastri Hockey Cup 1998.  

C. R. P. F. DIAMOND JUBILEE MOUNTAINEERING EXPEDITION TOMOUNT 
SRI KAILAS (6932 MTRS), MAY-2000

        After successfully conducting a chain of adventure .sports including an expedition to Mount Jogin - I (6456 Mtrs.) and Jogin-3 (6116 Mtrs. ), CRPF launched an expedition to Mount. Sri Kailas (6932 Mtrs) in Garhwal Himalayas to mark the culmination of Diamond Jubilee celebrations of the Force. The expedition was flagged off by            Shri Kamal Pande IAS. Union Home Secretary on 24/4/2000 at Dte.Genl. CRPF by presenting the National Flag and CRPF Flag to the expedition leader. The expedition which comprised of 16 members included 5 Gazetted Officers and 11 other ranks . In this expedition for the first time 4 women including 2 Gazetted Officers participated. They were ably supported by one Medical Officer, one Nursing Assistant, 2 Radio Operators and one Cook.
       Mount Sri Kailas ( 22737 ft) situated in Himalayan range of Garhwal region. is the second highest Peak which offers tremendous excitement   to any Mountaineer. The Peak has unique pyramid shape and has mythological background as it is believed to be the abode of Lord Shiva. Though second highest in the region, it offers tremendous challenge to the Mountaineers due to its conical shape, long and difficult approach march. large glacier track with wide crevices and generally prevailing bad weather conditions over the Peak.
    The CRPF Mountaineers having been flagged off on 24/4/2000 commenced their approach march from Gangotri. the road head , and having established 7 camps enroute finally reached the Summit Camp at an altitude of 21200 feet on 18.5.2000. The first attempt to scale the peak was made under the leadership of Sunand Kumar with   7 other members  including 2 Mahilas namely  Sima Tolia, Asstt.Comdt and Sukhla Das, Constable. Their first attempt had to be called off mid way due to extremely bad weather conditions and wide crevices enroute which could not be bridged

        Undeterred, the team made second attempt on next day and at 0945 hours on 20.5.2000 they successfully planted the National tricolour and the CRPF Flag on top of Mount Sri Kailas.

        Motivated by the success of first group, the second party under Shri B.C.Sharma,  Dy.Comdt. with Indrani Yadav and 5 other Mountaineers moved from camp-3 to Summit Camp on the same day and successfully summated Mount Sri Kailas on 21.5.2000 at 1250 hrs. Thus CRPF was able to put 15 Mountaineers on top of Mount Shri Kailas.

       The achievements of this successful Mountaineering Expedition included : (a) it is the culmination of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of the   CRPF .( b ) for the first time women members of the Force have participated in the expedition and 3 of them have successfully reached the Summit, (c) the complete expedition has gone off without, any un-toward happening which goes to the credit of full preparation on the part of expedition team. (d) the expedition has given tremendous confidence to the members to work together in  difficult and challenging situations. This achievement will inspire the Force and motivate other members to take on challenging assignments with confidence.

ARJUNA AWARDEES OF CRPF 

The Arjuna Award was instituted by the Government of India in the year 1961 to recognize the outstanding achievements of sportsperson in the country. The award carried a cash prize of 5 Lac Rupees, a Bronze Statute of Arjuna and a Scroll. 

          15 CRPF personnel have been awarded with Arjuna Award for excellent performance in Sports.  Their profiles are as under :- 

ARJUNA AWARDEE

 Padma Shri Dr. Gurbachan Singh Randhawa

Commandant (Retd.) 

          The first recipient of “Arjuna Award” in the country, Shri Gurbacahan Singh Randhawa is also the first Asian Athlete to be an Olympic Finalist in 110 Mts. Hurdles in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, where he was the skipper of Indian Contingent. He is the only Indian Athlete(Men) who had the privilege of setting four(4) National Records i.e. High Jump, Javelin Throw, 110 Mts. Hurdles and Decathlon. He was adjudged the Best Asian Athlete by a panel of International Track & Field Statisticians in 1962 Asian Games held at Jakarta (Indonesia) where he bagged a Gold Medal in Decathlon. Shri Randhawa had also represented India in 1960 Rome Olympics and 1966 Commonwealth Games and is the only Indian Athlete who held two (02) Commonwealth Records. Shri Randhawa is one of the senior most qualified Athletics Coaches from N.I.S. Patiala and has produced many medal winners in the Asian Games.  

          Born on 6th June, 1939 at Nangli, Amritsar (Punjab), Shri Randhawa joined CRPF on 19th August, 1958. After serving various Police Organisations for over 35 years, he retired on 30th June, 1994 from CRPF. He is responsible to put the name of Central Reserve Police Forece on the Sports Map of India. He was awarded Home Minister’s Gold Medal for the Best All India Police Athlete not less than six consecutive occasions, a unique distinction rarely achieved by any sportsman. Shri Randhawa for his inestimable services to the country in general and CRPF in particular, was awarded the Police Medal for Meritorious Service in 1978 and the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service in 1990. 

          Legendary Randhawa is one of the most accomplished Olympic Athlete of our country. His contribution to develop sports culture and Athletic participation at grass-root level is enormous. In his multifarious responsibilities with the Indian Olympic Association, Sports Authority of India, Athletics Federation of India and Delhi Development Authority, he has assiduously worked to promote sports and especially athletics in our country. He was appointed as an advisor(Sports) to the Vice Chancellor, Punjabi University, Patiala and a Member of Post Graduate Board of Studies in Physical Education, Punjab University, Chandigarh from where he also received an Honorary Doctorate & a Senior Fellowship respectively making him the sole sportsperson from India to receive the accolade.  

          For promoting Athletics at villages, schools, and colleges in conjunction with his personal distinguished service, Shri Randhawa was awarded the prestigious ‘Padma Shri Award’ by the President of India in 2005.

Sh. Hari Chand

Second-in-Command (Retd.) 

          Shri Hari Chand, 2nd In-Command (Retd.) of Central Reserve Police Force got this coveted award in 1975 for his outstanding performance in Athletics. He is the second person from CRPF to get this recognition.  

          Born in 1st April, 1953 in the District of Hoshiarpur (Punjab), Shri Hari Chand joined CRPF on 14th July, 1972. known for his tremendous stamina in long distance running, Shri Chand ran 10000 Mtrs in the timing of 28:48:72 at Montreal Summer Olympics securing the 8th place which is the best performance in his life.  

          In addition to the above, he secured the 1st place in 10000 Mtrs and 3rd place in 5000 Mtrs. race in 1975. Asian Track & Field Championship at Seoul (South Korea) setting new records. Won two Gold medals, both in 5000 Mtrs. & 10000 Mtrs in Bangkok Asian Games, 1978, which itself a rare achievement for an Indian on getting two Gold medals in a single continental sporting events.  

          He also participated both in Men’s 1000 Mtrs run and Marathon events in Moscow Olympics 1980 and secured 21st and 31st places respectively. He was  declared as the Best India Sportsman of the year in 1979 for is overall performance in sports. He has been decorated with the Police Medal for Meritorious Service in the year 1988.

ARJUNA AWARDEE

 

Sh. Khajan Singh ,DIGP 

          Born on 5th May, 1964 at Munirka Village in Delhi, Shri Khajan Singh Tokas made his debut in competitive swimming by winning 05 Gold Medals at the National School Championships in 1981-82. Entering to National Aquatics Championship, Shri Khajan Singh outclassed his competitors by winning 05 Gold, 02 Silver and 01 Bronze Medals at Delhi in 1982 and by winning 07 Gold, 02 silver & 01 Bronze medals in the next year National event at Thiruvanantpuram.  

          After Joining CRPF on 1st April, 1982, Sh. Khajan singh has been awarded with the prestigious “Arjuna Award” in 1984 for his outstanding contribution in Swimming.  

He represented the country in 12th Commonwealth Games at Brisbane and 9th Asian Games at Delhi 1982. His first international medal came from 1984 SAF Games at Kathmandu(Nepal) where he won 08 Gold medals and he also represented the country in Asian Swimming Championship Seoul in the same year. Sh. Khajan won a Silver medal in 200 Mtrs Butterfly Stroke at the 1986 Asian Games in Seoul creating a history in Indian Swimming by winning this medal after 35 years which no Indian swimmers achieved so far. His National Records in 200 mtrs. Butterfly Stroke still stands since 1986.  

He won a Bronze medal at the 1988 Asian Swimming Championship in Guangzhou & Silver medal in the 100 Mtrs Butterfly at the World Police Games in 1989 at Rome(Italy). He became the undisputed hero in Swimming at the 1988 Nationals at Kolkata making an unprecedented haul of 08 individual Gold medals, 05 of them glittering with new records. He secured 07 Gold & Silver medals in SAF Games held at Islamabad(Pakistan) in the year 1989. He also participated in Seoul Olympics 1988. 

Sh. Khajan Singh, DIG in CRPF currently holding the post of the Central Sports Officer at the Force Headquarter and responsible for management of all 32 CRPF Central Sports Teams. In recognition to his contribution to the Force, he has been awarded with the Police Medal for Meritorious Service in 2000 and the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service in 2009.  

Worked in the Commonwealth Games 2010 Delhi as the Jt. Secretary, Org. Committee, Co-convener in Games Technical Conduct Committee & Administrator of Dr. SPM Aquatic Complex of CWG. He is the Govt. Observer in the Swimming Discipline and Members in National Selection Committee of Swimming, Governing Body of Sports Authority of India,  Appeal Panel of National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA), Selection Committee of National Sports Awards and Apex Committee for 2012 London Olympics.

ARJUNA AWARDEE 

Sh. Raghubir Singh Bal,Commandant (Retd.) 

Born on 22nd June, 1953 at village Sajjalwari, in the district of Amritsar (Punjab), Shri Raghubir Singh Bal, Commandant(Retd.) is the forth person of CRPF to get the Arjuna Award in the year 1985 for his excellent performance in the field of Athletics.  

Joined in CRPF on 5th June, 1971, Shri Bal not only became the undisputed hero in the discipline of Hammer Throw by remaining the Champion in All India Police Games from the year 1976-1992 but also ruled in the discipline in the National Athletics Championship becoming the number one from 1975-1990 with the National record of 66.74 mtrs set in the year 1985.  

After a successful stint in All India Police Games and National Athletic Championships, Shri Bal made a mark in the International sporting arena in 1975 securing a Bronze medal in Hammer throw in the Asian Athletic Championship at Seoul(Korea). After that, there was no look back and he went on winning medals in International events like, Bronze medal in Asian Athletic Championship in 1979 at Tokyo, Bronze medal in Asian Track & Field at Kuwait city in 1983. He also won Gold medal in Hammer at the Asian Athletic Championship at Jakarta in 1985 with a magnificent throw of 64.34 mtrs. He secured 4th place in hammer throw at 1982 Asiad at New Delhi. He won the Gold medal in Hammer throw at 1989 South Asia Federation Games at Islamabad with a meet record. Shri Bal also tried his hand in discipline of Discuss throw and won a Bronze medal in 1981 Asian Athletic meet at Tokyo.

He accompanied the Indian National Team as a Coach to 1993 SAF Games at Dhaka(Bangladesh) and International Invitational Meet at Belarus in 1999. 

He has been conferred the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Award by Punjab State Govt. for his overall contribution to the Indian Sports. He also got the President Police Medal for meritorious services in the year 1989.                   

ARJUNA AWARDEE 

Padma Shri N. Kunjarani Devi,Second-in-Command  

          Ms. N. Kunja Rani Devi, 2nd-In-Command of Central Reserve Police Force got this coveted award in the year 1990 for her outstanding performance in the field of Weightlifting. Ms. Kunjarani was also conferred with Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award, the highest Sports Award of the country, in the year 1996. The other awards like Limca Book Special Award and Hero Honda Sports Award were bestowed upon her in the years 1988 and 2003 respectively. She has been conferred upon the prestigious “Padma Shri” award for her extraordinary contribution to Indian Sports in the year 2011.  

          Born on 1st March, 1966 at Imphal (Manipur), Ms. N.Kunjarani is known for her tremendous strength in 48 Kg. category of Women Weightlifting. She reigned the sports for 26 years from 1985 to 2006, winning 68 Internaitonal, 49 National and 02 All India Police Games, which is a record for any Indian women to set in the history of Sports. She missed the Olympic Bronze medal, by a whisker and secured the 4th place in Athens Olympics 2004. She won Gold medals in 2002 & 2006 Commonwealth Games and 1998, 1999 & 2003 Commonwealth Championships. She won Bronze medals in 1990 & 1994 Asian Games and secured three times Gold & eight times Silver medals in Asian Championships. She also participated in World Championships 12 times out of which she secured a Gold medal in 1996, Silver medals in 1989, 1991, 1992, 1994, 1995, 1997 & 1999 and Bronze medal in 1996. She remained as “Number One” in World ranking, weightlifting for quite a long period.

Ms. N. Laxmi,Ex-Inspector (Mah.) 

          Ms. N. Laxmi, Ex-Insp(Mah.) of CRPF got the Arjuna Award in the year 1992 for her outstanding performance in Weightlifting(Women). 

          Born on 21st March, 1973 at Voosavani Peta of District Sri Kakulam (Andhra Pradesh), Ms. N. Laxmi joined the CRPF Central Weightlifting Team on 20th January, 1996 while on peak level of her performance.  

          She won Gold medals in All India Police Games of 1998 & 2001 and National Games/ Championships from 1995 to 1999. She secured the Bronze medals each in 1994 in Hirosema Asian Games and 1995 Asian Weightlifting Championship at Korea, Gold medal & Silver medals in Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship at Melbourne in 1999 and Manchester 2002 respectively. She also won a Silver and Brozne medals at World Weightlifting Championship at China in 1995 and Thailand in 1997 respectively.

Ms. Shilpi Singh,Ex-Inspector (Mah.) 

          Ms. Shilpi Singh, Ex-Insp(Mah.) of CRPF got the Arjuna Award in the year 1997 for her outstanding performance in Shooting Sports. 

          Born in 27th March, 1980 at Kargali in District Bokaro of Jharkhand State, Ms. Shilpi singh joined CRPF on 16/10/2006 in the basis of her excellence performance in Shooting Sports.  

          She won a total of 49 Gold, 27 Silver, 16 Bronze medals in National Shooting events and 07 gold, 05 Silver and 05 Bronze medals in International Shooting events from the year 1997 to 2011. Her peak performance was in the year 1999 while she won two Gold and one Silver medal in 8th SAF Games at Kathmandu(Nepal) and one Bronze medal in 3rd Commonwealth Shooting Championship at Ackland(New Zealand) and securing 10th place in World Cup Shooting at Milan (Italy) in the year 2001. 

          She has been also bestowed upon the Kalpana Chawla Excellence Award and Young Achievers Award in the year 2007.

Sh. Paramjeet Singh,Deputy Commandant

          Shri Paramjeet Singh, Dy. Comdt., CRPF has received the Arjuna Award in the year 1998 for his outstanding performance in the discipline of Athletics. 

          Born on 22nd August, 1971 at Nainowall, Jattan, Distt.-Hosiarpur (Punjab). Sh. Paramjeet Singh joined in CRPF on 1st October, 1990 and continued winning the medals in All India Police Games from 1993 to 2007. He remained as an undisputed hero in National Athletics from 1994 to 2002 by setting the National record in 400M run with timings of 45.56 seconds at National Athletic Meet at Kolkata in 1998 and  breaking a 38 years old records of Flying Sikh Milkha Singh. He secured Silver medal each in 1998 & 2002 in Asian Games at Bangkok and Bussan respectively. He made the country proud by winning Gold medals consecutively in four World Police Games from 1995 to 2001. He also participated in 2000 Sydney Olympics.  

          He has also been decorated with Maharaja Ranjit Singh Award in 2006 by Punjab State Govt. for his overall contribution to the Indian sports.

 Ms. Sanamacha Chanu,Assistant Commandant 

          Ms. Sanamacha Chanu, Asstt. Comdt., CRPF got the prestigious Arjuna Award in the year 2000 for the outstanding performance in Weightlifting(Women.) 

          Born on 1st February, 1975 at Moirang Kampu (Manipur). Ms. Sanamacha Chanu joined CRPF on 22nd August, 1996 in Sports basis. 

          Participated in 53 Kg Weight category of women weightlifting from 1996 to 2009, she won 05 Gold, 01 Silver medals in All India Police Games. 14 Gold, 01 Silver & 03 Bronze medals in National Weightlifting events and 10 Gold, 05 Silver & 01 Bronze medals in International weightlifting events. The crowning glory of her sporting career came when she secured 03 Gold medals in Commonwealth Championhip in 1997, 03 Gold medals in Asian Championship in 2000 and 03 Gold medal in Commonwealth Games in 2002. She participated in Sydney Olympics in 2000 and got 4th place missing the Olympic Bronze medals by a narrow margin.

Sh. Akram Shah,AC 

          Shri Akram Shah, Asstt. Comdt. of CRPF got the Arjuna Award in year 2003 for his excellent performance in the field of Judo. 

          Born in 11th June, 1974 at Mandalwali, Delhi and joined the department of CRPF on 27th October, 1998 on the basis of sports and participated in All India Police Games in Judo event winning Gold medals in 2001 & 2007 and Silver medal in 2005 & 2006. He remained an undisputed hero in the field of National Judo discipline almost then years from 2000 to 2009 winning medals in every year which includes 08 Gold, 01 Silver and 01 Bronze medals. He made the country proud bringing so many International medals in Judo including 01 Silver in 2002 Commonwealth Games, England, 01 Bronze in 2003 Asian Judo Championship in South Korea, 01 Gold in SAF Games, Dhaka (Bangladesh). He also participated in 2004 Athens Olympics and secured 9th place in Judo event.

 ARJUNA AWARDEE

Sh. Sunder Singh,Ex-Inspector(General Duty) 

          Shri Sunder Singh, Insp(GD), CRPF was conferred the Arjuna Award in the year 2004 for his outstanding performance in the Game of Kabaddi.  

          Born in 25th August, 1981 at Lakhan Majra, Rohtak (Haryana) joined CRPF on 6th October, 1998 and left the force on 19th July, 2008 for different assignment.  

          With in his ten years of service in the force (CRPF), he was instrumental in bringing up the Kabaddi team of CRPF which won Gold medals in All India Police Games in 1999, 2003, 2004 & 2006. He participated in National Kabaddi Championships and won Bronze medals in 2001 & 2003 and Silver medal in 2002. He was a playing member in Gold winning team of the National Games 2001. 

          He was the member of Indian team which won Gold medal in 14th Asian Games 2002 at Busan (South Korea). He also won Gold medals both in Malaysian International Kabaddi Championship in 2002 at Kualalumpur and World Cup Kabaddi Tournament at Mumbai(India) in the year 2004.

Ms. A. Anita Chanu,Assistant Commandant 

          Ms. A. Anita Chanu, Asstt. Comdt., CRPF was conferred the Arjuna Award in the year 2004 for her outstanding performance in the discipline of Judo. 

          Born on 24th April, 1981 at Manipur and enrolled to the department of CRPF on 17th November, 2000. Ms. A. Anita Chanu started her participation in National Judo Championshs from 2001 to 2010 and won medals almost every year bagging 06 Gold, 02 Silver & 01 Bronze medals. Making her debut in International Judo events, she secured 5th place in International Judo Championship at Germany in 2001. After that, there is no look back and she went on winning medals in International area as under:- Gold in Judo Championship at Vietnam-2003, Bronze in Asian Judo Championship at Japan in 2003, Silver in Jr. Asian Judo Championship, Macau-2003, Gold in Internaitonal Judo Championship, Lucknow-2004, Gold in Commonwealth Judo Championship, Newzeland-2004, Gold in SAF Games, Colombo 2006 and one Gold each at Commonwealth Judo Championship at Mauritius & Singapore.

Ms. Geeta Rani,Inspecotor(Mahila) 

          Ms. Geeta Rani, Insp(Mah.) of CRPF was awarded with the Arjun Award in the year 2006 for her outstanding performance in weightlifting(Women). 

          Born on 16th September, 1981 at Chttowal, District-Hoshiarpur (Punjab). Ms. Geeta Rani joined the CRPF Central Weightlifting team on 20th November, 1999. 

          Participating in 105+ Kg class of weightlifting(women) category, she started winning medals in All India Police Games form 2001 to 2009 totaling 08 Gold and 01 Silver medals. She reigned the sports in National arena for nine long years winning medals in every year from 1999 to 2008 bagging an impressive total of 08 Gold, 12 Silver and 04 Bronze medals. She made here maiden entry in International Weightlifting event in year 2000 securing 4th place in Jr. World weightlifting Championship at France. After that, she participated in many International weightlifting events but won the medals in following events – 03 Silver medals in Asian Weightlifting Championship China-2003, 02 Silver and 01 Bronze medals in Asian Weightlifting Championship Kazakhstan-2004, 01 Bronze medal in 1st Afro-Asian Games, Hyderabad-2003, 03 Gold medals in Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship at Malta-2004, 01 Bronze medal in Asian Weightlifting Championship Dubai-2005, 03 Gold medals in Commonwealth weightlifing Championship Australia-2005, 01 Gold in commonwealth Games-2006 Melbourne (Aus.), 02 Bronze medals in Asian Weightlifting Championship Taiwan-2007 and 01 Gold in Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship-2009.

Ms. Kh. Tombi Devi,Sub Inspector(Mah.) 

          Ms. Kh. Tombi Devi, SI(Mah) of CRPF won the Arjuna Award for Judo in the year 2006. 

          Born on 1st January, 1982 at Myang Konchak, Imphal, Manipur, Ms. Kh. Tombi Devi enrolled to CRPF on 27th November, 2000. 

          She participated in the 48 Kg. category of Judo (Women) event in National Championships from the year 2001 to 2010 and won medals in every year making a tally of 07 Gold, 03 Silver & 02 Bronze medals. She made her debut in Internaitonal Judo Competition in the year 2001 winning one Bronze medal in Jr. Asian Judo Championship and after that she started her medal winning spree in Intgernational Judo events by securing one Gold medal in International Judo Championship at Lucknow(India) 2004, a Gold in South Asian Judo Championship at Bhopal (India)-2005, a Silver in International Judo Championship, Cuttack (India)-2006, a Bronze medal at Asian Judo Championship, Kuwait-2007, a Gold medal in Internaitonal Judo Championship, Turkey-2007, a Gold medal in Commonwealth Judo Championship-Maritius and a Gold medal in Commonwealth Judo Championship at Singapore-2010. Also represented the country in 2008 Beijing, Olympics.

ARJUNA AWARDEE

Ms. W. Sandhya Rani,Constable (Mah.) 

          Ms. W. Sandhyarani Devi won the prestigious Arjuna Award in the year 2011 for her outstanding contribution in the discipline of Wushu.  

          Born at Thoubal (Manipur) on 2nd March, 1985, Ms. W. Sandhyarani Devi joined CRPF on 5th May, 2005.  

          She made her debut in National arena of Wushu winning a Silver medal in 13th Sr. National Wushu Championship in the year 2004 and after that participated in National Wushu Championship every year till date winning 05 Gold, 02 Silver medals setting an example for Indian Women not only to take part but also to win medals in the martial art games like wushu. She made the country proud by winning a Gold medal in Soth Asian Wushu Chjampionship at Dhaka(Bangladesh)-2008, a Bronze medal in Asian Wushu Championship at Macau 2008 a Bronze medal in 3rd Asian Indoor Games at Hanoi(Vietnam)-2009, a Silver medal at 1st Asian martial Art Games, Bangkok (Thailand) -2009, a Gold in SAF Games at Dhaka (Bangladesh)-2010 and a Silver medal in 16th Asian Games at Guangzhou(China)-2010.
